Experiential and Engaging Learning Strategies
This cohort-based learning model is designed for groups of organizations to participate, such as funders providing it for their grantees, or communities of nonprofits or other organizations coming together for a collaborative learning experience.
Participants will learn:
How to plan an inclusive and equitable evaluation that includes a Theory of Change, Logic Model, and Evaluation Plan.
To implement their evaluation plan and gather and analyze their data.
How to engage in equitable evaluation for learning and improvement.
Innovative ways to share evaluation results with staff, partners, funders, community members, and board members.
This training can accommodate up to 20 organizations
The Academy structure, content, and flow are customizable. PIC Partners will work with you to ensure your Academy matches your needs.
The typical flow for the program is:
Month 1: One 6-hour workshop and one individualized post-workshop coaching session provided to each participating organization.
Month 2: One 6-hour workshop and one individualized post-workshop coaching session provided to each participating organization.
Month 3: One 6-hour workshop and one individualized post-workshop coaching session provided to each participating organization.
Month 4: One individualized coaching session for each participating organization.
Month 5: One individualized coaching session for each participating organization.
Month 6: One individualized coaching session for each participating organization.
Each participant receives a workbook that includes all materials covered in the workshop; templates for your evaluation plan, work plan, data dissemination plan, and more; and additional materials and resources.
