Partner with Foundation staff
We will partner with key Foundation staff to determine the purpose of the evaluation. We will gather quantitative and qualitative information from past and current grantees and key stakeholders to elicit the successes, challenges, lessons learned, and impact of the funding initiative/strategy.
Produce actionable results
PIC will produce actionable results and recommendations that are both visually appealing and easy to apply.
Provide technical assistance
We provide ongoing technical assistance and support to implement key findings and recommendations.
